Terms of service
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms apply to the use of Atlas, a CRM for business relationships, projects and opportunities, operated by DigitalEase Solutions and Consultancy, Stormerdijkstraat 1, 3431 CP Nieuwegein (KvK 93063245). By creating an account or using Atlas you accept them. If you use Atlas on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm you may do so. A separate written agreement with your organisation takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
1. The service
Atlas lets organisations keep track of companies, contacts, projects and opportunities, record notes and activities, and optionally synchronise meetings and email details from Microsoft 365 and use AI assistance. We may improve and change features; we tell organisation owners in advance about changes that remove something they rely on.
2. Accounts
- You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password to yourself.
- Owners and admins of an organisation decide who is a member, what each member may see and do, and can remove members at any time.
- Tell us straight away at info@work-force.nl if you think someone else has access to your account.
3. Your data
- Your organisation owns the data it puts into Atlas. We only use it to provide the service, as described in the privacy statement.
- Your organisation is responsible for having a lawful basis to store the personal data of its contacts, and for keeping that data accurate.
- Owners and admins can export all of the organisation’s data at any time and can delete the organisation; deletion takes effect after 30 days.
4. Microsoft 365 and AI features
Connecting Microsoft 365 is optional and done per person; you can disconnect at any time. AI features are optional and off until an owner or admin switches them on. AI suggestions can be wrong: check them before you rely on them. Nothing an AI feature suggests is saved until a person accepts it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Atlas to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, including privacy and anti-spam rules;
- store data you have no right to hold, or special categories of personal data;
- try to access other organisations’ data, test or bypass security, or overload the service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and tell you why.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep Atlas available and secure, back up data and fix problems promptly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Service levels, if any, are set out in your organisation’s agreement.
7. Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed with your organisation separately. We give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees your organisation paid for Atlas in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data that could have been exported. These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
9. Ending the service
Your organisation can stop using Atlas at any time by deleting the organisation. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or at once if these terms are seriously breached. Before the end you can export all of your data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell organisation owners by email at least 30 days before an important change takes effect; continuing to use Atlas after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
